You're Looking Well (YLW): An Honest Review of the Supplement & Skincare Brand

I've always been a real sceptic about supplements. I've never really understood the fascination and the science behind it, and, most importantly, if they actually work. There are many types of supplements, each with different benefits. You have gummies, tablets, capsules, powders, and juices... the list is endless. It's an overwhelming experience choosing a supplement you think will work for you. As I said, there are so many brands, and the actual supplement comes in different forms. Sometimes going by word-of-mouth is helpful. I received YLW's *Discovery Kit. This allowed me the opportunity to try everything at once. This kit included the Day Cream, Night Cream, Day Pill and Night Pill. 

YLW Day Cream

This lightweight *day cream aims to hydrate, smooth and strengthen the skin barrier to give you a healthy-looking, radiant complexion. The cream aims to improve moisture retention and has antioxidant protection. This cream has ingredients including pre- and post-biotics, hyaluronic acid and Vitamin-C. 

This cream is pregnancy safe, essential oil-free and fragrance-free and is suitable for sensitive skin. 

I have used this as my main moisturiser for the last few weeks, and I have to say, it has given my skin a significant glow. It makes my skin feel very hydrated. I've been using this during the colder weather, and it's kept my skin hydrated throughout the day. I like that this cream is very lightweight, and it absorbs well. 

YLW Night Cream

This *night cream has anti-ageing benefits that combat visible signs of ageing. This cream contains next-generation bio-retinoid proven to reduce fine lines and wrinkles. The cream aims to strengthen the skin's nightly repair cycle to give the skin a calmer, more balanced appearance the next day.  

As with the day cream, it is pregnancy-safe, essential oil-free, fragrance-free and suitable for those with sensitive skin. 

Since using this night cream, my skin feels good when I wake up in the mornings. My skin tone feels more even now, and it's a great night cream to use. I've shouted it from the rooftops that using a night cream is important to help your skin rejuvenate overnight. YLW Day Pill

This all-in-one *probiotic and multi-vitamin aims to improve energy levels, reduce bloating and improve skin health. The day pill combines zinc, Vitamins B, D and K2 with three probiotic strains to allow a delayed release. This pill also supports gut health and digestion and gives your skin a much brighter look.

I have taken these every morning and, as it's from the discovery kit, I haven't noticed a huge difference. That being said, my gut health has seen a little bit of improvement. Also, if I had the full bottle to use rather than the smaller version, I may have noticed a huge improvement. It's easy to incorporate into your morning routine, and it's a great pill for getting your Vitamin and probiotic intake!

YLW Night Pill

This science-led *night capsule aims to improve sleep quality and overnight skin repair. The pill contains BeTheanine and magnesium bisglycinate, both of which aid in calming the mind before helping you drift off into a deep sleep. To sum up...

You're Looking Well is a fantastic skincare and supplement brand. The quality of the packaging is fantastic, and it's so pleasing to the eye. I love all of these items, but I think my firm favourite has to be the Night Cream. I feel my skin gets some decent nourishment at night, and my skin feels amazing when I wake up in the morning. 

I think if I had more supplements, I would definitely notice a bigger difference than what I have, but with what I have taken so far, I have noticed an improvement, especially with taking the Night Pill. 

I like that this brand offers a subscription and that they've made it easy to amend and/or cancel should you need to.
