Creating My 2025 Vision Board with Manifestation Pulse

I can't believe we're approaching the time of year when we're starting to think about new goals for the New Year. I never really think about setting goals for a New Year until January. I like to think about things after NYE, or maybe during that lull between Christmas and New Year. However, thanks to Manifestation Pulse and their new book, 'Vision Board Clip Art Book, ' I started thinking about my goals as early as November this time!

Who is Manifestation Pulse?

Manifestation Pulse is a team of manifestation coaches who have been working with hundreds of clients over the last 5 years to help them manifest their desires. Manifestation Pulse believes that manifesting is often misunderstood as simply ‘putting your wish out there’. However, it’s far more scientific than that - it’s about re-wiring your brain toward your desired pathway…and it works when you take aligned action.

One of those ways is through Vision boards. Vision boards activate the Reticular Activating System (RAS) of the brain which is the part that tells us what to focus on and what to ignore. When we look at our vision boards repeatedly, we’re priming our brains to create a pathway towards that vision.

That's why Manifestation Pulse has created the exercise book, 'Vision Board Clip Art Book' - an exercise book and guide to help set out your vision board for the new year.

What is included in the 'Vision Board Clip Art Book'?

In the book, there are exercises for you to complete before you start your vision board. The exercises include:

Exercise 1
Exercise 1 asks you to consider 6 different aspects of your life. These include health & fitness, career & finances, love & romantic life, personal growth, family & friends and lifestyle & home. The exercise requires you to rate each aspect from 1-10 and outline how happy you are with each aspect of your life and if there are any changes you'd like to make within each one.

Exercise 2
Exercise 2 involves a spreadsheet. it asks you to list all of your goals, explain why you have made those goals, what actions you're going to take to achieve said goals, set a target date and set milestones within your goals. It is advised that you make them as manageable for you.

Exercise 3
This is where the fun comes in - it's time to scour the book and cut out the clip art that is on pages and pages to create your vision board!

What clip art is included in this book?

Each page of clip art photos and graphics is split into categories. These include:

  • Travel
  • Health and Fitness
  • Inspirational quotes
  • Well-being (self-care etc)
  • Fashion
  • Home
  • Education
  • Finances and career

What are your thoughts on the 'Vision Board Clip Art Book' by Manifestation Pulse?

This book has inspired me to start thinking about my goals earlier this year! I am a procrastinator at times and sometimes put things off until the last minute like making goals etc. This book has really got me thinking and getting excited about the upcoming New Year.

I am in the process of creating my vision board and I will show you on my social media pages and my blog in the New Year.

The exercises in the book really got me thinking about the different aspects of my life that I would like to improve on and which aspects I am generally happy with. I always say there's room for improvement, and this book has made me see that.

If you're unsure of where to start with creating a vision board and aligning your goals, this book by Manifestation Pulse is for you!

  1. Super neat service! I created my first vision board two years ago and found the process to be intimidating since I'm not the greatest graphics designer. Even with the help of Canva, I found it to be quite the ordeal so having a service like this sounds amazing.

Good luck with your vision board! This is a reminder that I'll have to start mine soon.
