I won't lie, I've had a love/hate relationship with yoga over the years. Every time I tried practicing it, I fell out of love. However, at the start of this year, I made it my goal to practice yoga - and stick to it. I'm happy to report that I am still sticking to practicing yoga - and I love it more than ever! Now that I practice yoga regularly, I know I need to get the right clothing to practice yoga in, that's where Wellicious come in.

Wellicious Control Bra in white on a pink yoga mat.

Who is Wellicious?

Wellicious is a yoga and activewear brand based in the UK. The brand was created by Heike Petersen Cunza. Heike was inspired by her grandmother's dedication to living a more sustainable lifestyle to create Wellicious. Wellicious have created made-to-last yoga clothing from sustainable materials and uses eco-friendly practices to make their yoga clothing.

All of Wellicious's products are Cradle to Cradle certified.

This signifies that they use low-signal manufacturing and garments are biodegradable at the end of their life. This means you can wear Wellicious clothing with a clear conscience knowing it's eco-friendly and made from sustainable materials, using sustainable practices.

Wellicious products have a biological cycle -

Production - Product - Use - Biodegradation - Biological Nutrient - Plants

It's a real statement of circularity in their clothing. For example, Wellicious have a scheme in place that when you feel your clothing is at the end of its life, you can send it back to them and you'll receive 15% off your next purchase. They will then ensure that the biodegrading process is optimised so that no material is left behind for landfill.

What products of Wellicious do you have?

Wellicious kindly sent me their new circular Control Bra in Diamond White to try. Again, it's made of sustainable materials, has the Cradle to Cradle certification and it's made in Europe.

What is your verdict on the Control Bra?

The quality of the bra is great in general. The material is so soft that it feels gentle on the skin. The cut-out design on the back adds ventilation and flexibility, giving the bra extra support while doing a yoga routine. The bra fits me perfectly and I have the good coverage I need when practicing yoga. I also love the minimalistic design of this bra and the rest of their yoga clothing on their website.

Would you recommend Wellicious to yoga lovers?

Absolutely!

Wellicious are a brilliant sustainable yoga clothing brand. The quality of their clothing is fantastic, it's super comfortable and it's super stylish also. The material is soft and it's breathable. I absolutely love what they practice regarding sustainability and eco-friendliness and cannot wait to use their clothing in the future!

It pains me to say I can't afford clothes or shoes from Chanel. Even the Chanel No.5 perfume is extravagant for me these days. This Spring though has seen the hype surrounding "the" *Chanel flats and slingbacks. A beige shoe with a black toe cap. Wherever I scroll on Instagram, they are being worn by my favourite content creators. Thankfully, there are plenty of Chanel flat dupes out there being sold at your favourite high street stores, so I'm sure you'll be able to find a similar pair. If you prefer a pair of the *slingback heels, then there's plenty of dupes around from the high street too.

With these shoes, they are so timeless and classic that they're perfect for every season. The pair I'm wearing in the following outfits I'm about to show you are from Next. I bought them last year and haven't really worn them much until this Spring.

The key factor with these shoes is that they're versatile and can be worn all year round, not just the Spring.

Here are six outfit ideas for the Chanel flat dupes:

Outfit 1:

A woman wearing a black blazer, white shirt, blue jeans and Chanel flat dupes.

This outfit is perfect for the beginning of Spring - when it's not warm enough to go out with bare arms and you need to cover them. The blazer (Vinted), white shirt, jeans and bag are from New Look. The shoes are Next as I've stated above.

Outfit 2:

A woman wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans and Chanel flat dupes.

If you don't fancy the blazer look and you're looking for a super casual to wear with these Chanel flat dupes, then this outfit is for you. The tee and jeans are from New Look and the bag is from Furla.

Outfit 3:

A woman wear a trench coat, white t-shirt, blue jeans and Chanel flat dupes.

Tis the season for the trench coat. I adore trench coat season and these flats are the perfect accompaniment for that. The trench coat is from New Look. The tee and jeans are the same as the last outfit idea and so is the bag.

Outfit 4:

A woman wearing a blue shirt, blue jeans and Chanel flat dupes.

Everyone knows I love a white shirt, but I also love a blue cotton shirt too. The blue shirt is just as versatile as the white shirt in my opinion. For some outfit ideas for a blue shirt, head to this post here. Anyway, this blue shirt is from Mango, the jeans and bag as the same as before.

Outfit 5:

A woman wearing a black cropped blouse, black trousers and Chanel flat dupes.

I love this look. It's got that day-to-night vibe about it and it's also a pretty chic office outfit. You can swap this Zara black cropped blouse with a white shirt if you prefer. The trousers are from River Island and the bag is the same as seen in previous outfit photos.

Outfit 6:

A woman wearing a beige blazer, white tee, leather cropped trousers and Chanel flat dupes.

Last but not least, this gorgeous and simple chic look. The blazer, bag and white tee are from New Look and the trousers are from Topshop.

These are my six outfit ideas for the Chanel flat dupes!

As I said, these flats are in it for the long haul in terms of trends. These will not go out of fashion for a long while yet!
