P A G E 141 Well, it's Monday again. Where did that weekend go?! I got a few things to sort out today, for example, my prescription has gone AWOL a…
Yep, I'm not a happy bunny right now. But one thing has cheered me up this afternoon -Severely hacked off with my GP surgery for losing my prescription and blaming the chemist even though it is most certainly the surgery’s fault! Thanks to them I have no DNASE and no Saline to make up my Colomycin with until tomorrow and I’ve already had to miss a few doses 🤬— Lucy Taylor (@LucyMaryTaylor) May 21, 2018
What a beautiful photo that is! They look so happy! An iconic photo. Two people truly in love ♥️ what could be more special than that? ✨ https://t.co/M0Gi02yftq— Lucy Taylor (@LucyMaryTaylor) May 21, 2018
I loved playing Frustration. I used to play it with my Mam loads when I was growing up. We used to be so competitive! Also watching YouTube videos of Disney rollercoasters made me pine to get on a plane to Florida to go and ride on those coasters. They were happy times.Had a day of being reminded of my childhood in work today ☺️ I played the board game Frustration and watched YouTube videos of Disney World rollercoasters ♥️— Lucy Taylor (@LucyMaryTaylor) May 22, 2018
Yes, Emma's post has made me pine for Liverpool this morning! If only August would hurry up...Thanks Emma for making me pine to go back to Liverpool this morning 😍🤦🏻♀️ https://t.co/dRof3ZNGdM— Lucy Taylor (@LucyMaryTaylor) May 23, 2018
Anyway, it's a lovely day and it's time to head out.
It really will! No more pointless emails from people I seriously cannot remember giving my email to! No more crappy emails telling me stuff I don't want or care about knowing!GDPR is going to make my email inbox a whole cleaner 🙌🏻👩🏻💻— Lucy Taylor (@LucyMaryTaylor) May 24, 2018

That's my excuse not to go out today! But one thing I do like about thunderstorms is that it makes the air less muggy and humid. I hate it when it's really stuffy outside. It feels unbearable. Here comes the storm! ⛈⚡️— Lucy Taylor (@LucyMaryTaylor) May 27, 2018
I've had quite a productive Sunday so far. I've exercised, done most of my medication, cleaned the inside AND outside of my car and washed the garden table and chairs. I'm worn out! But I do love Sunday evenings -
There are two blog chats on a Sunday night and I love taking part and meeting new bloggers!I love Sunday evenings! ♥️ they are made for blogging chats! 👩🏻💻🙌🏻 #BloggingGals— Lucy Taylor (@LucyMaryTaylor) May 27, 2018

But in a way stress can be a lesson learnt in how you handle the same situation again the future. I know stress effects me whenever I experience it. Can I honestly say that I can handle stressful situations in a calm and effective manner? Probably not. But by doing some of the things in the list below, I can totally chill out, take a deep breath and imagine myself relaxing on a beautiful beach in Barbados with a Strawberry Daiquiri whilst swaying on a hammock tied between two palm trees, trying in vain not to topple off. Like that's ever going to happen anyway, but it's nice to think about:
Stress, what a tense word. We have all experienced it on some level in our everyday lives. Your heart rate increases, your stomach starts churning and the pani…
