August is almost over, which means Summer is almost over *sigh*. But in a way I'm looking forward to Autumn coming now. Seeing the leaves on the trees change to brown and fall away to the ground, the return of the long, wooly scarves and knee high boots and tights.

August has been a good month for me. I've started redecorating my bedroom! Once it's all finished I'll do a post about where I got everything from etc. I can't wait for it all to be finished now! So far I've bought a new clock, lamp, rug, bedside table and chest of drawers. I want to get my bedroom re-carpeted at the moment, the brown carpet I got right now doesn't go with the colour scheme I've gone for! I hope to finish it all by the end of September, well, that's the plan anyway!

One thing I've noticed this month is Instagram has completely changed in my opinion. It's been quite hard at times gaining likes for your photos. I seen another blogger tweet that she was too wary of posting anything one day because of the lack of engagement. That says it all doesn't it?!

But here's what posts have done well this month:

Probably my favourite blog post this month. I loved writing about Liverpool, like I said in the post, they do mean the world to me.

I never thought I'd fall in love with a clock. Until I seen this one in Aldi's for £5. Absolute bargain.

Can't believe this was a year ago. What an amazing afternoon this was. Meeting these lovely lot on a boiling hot Monday afternoon, left Melwood that afternoon absolutely red raw from the burning sun, but it was most definitely worth it.

I bought this little hanging wall plaque from Asda for £1.50. It's something we should all try and be - positive. I love it cause it's got a marble background and rose gold writing.

There we go, that's my popular posts for August! September sees me going back to work after six weeks off. Boo! But hopefully September will give me more memories to make!
